DANCE INSTRUCTOR/SUBSTITUTE DANCE INSTRUCTOR

Do you love working with kids? Do you want to make a difference? Footnotes Dance Center is always seeking a positive, and experienced person for the role of a Dance Teacher and a substitute dance instructor. Enjoyment in teaching dance classes in a variety of ages, styles, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility in meeting individual student needs and goals is a MUST.

Footnotes Dance Center is a dance school that has been serving the Nordonia Hills area and beyond for over the past 9 years. We believe in a family first business model where we are raising tomorrow’s leaders through dance while we exceed the expectations of our dance students. Our passion is to be an innovator in dance education, developing friendships and skills for a lifetime.

You will love coming to work each day with the culture we have built. Positive and engaged team members who support all roles in the company and families who are invested and committed to our values make the work day so enjoyable you will forget you are working.

Being a Footnotes Dance Center dance teacher may include teaching dance lessons for kids on a weekly basis, preparing students for competitions/performances, providing student feedback, communicating with parents and team members on a regular basis, and attending studio rehearsals and events.

Candidates must have excellent organization, effective verbal and written communication, creative and flexible teaching style, and an enthusiastic and warm approach with students.

We only hire career minded, long-term employees who have stand out work ethic and desire to grow. We are looking for people who are excited to have dance career opportunities and are ready to grow. This role is not for a short-term placement or someone not looking to grow inside our company.
