• Tuition rates are an averaged monthly amount and do not change based on the number of weekdays per month.
   

• There is a $25 registration fee per student ($65 family max) due upon enrollment.
   

• Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month and is billed to your Parent Payment Portal Account. Monthly tuition will be auto-deducted the first of each month for those on auto-pay.
   

• We accept cash, check or credit card payments for Tuition and must be paid by the 7th of each month.
   

• Any balance due will be charged a $25 late fee on the 8th of the month. 
   

• If tuition is not paid by the 7th day of the month, the credit card on file will be automatically charged.
   

• All accounts must keep a current credit card on file.
   

• If discontinuing classes, an adult who is financially obligated must submit a Withdrawal Form before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged.
   

• The parent will continue to be financially responsible for tuition up until the date a Withdrawal Form is received. 
   

• NSF Payments will incur a $35 NSF fee which is to be paid at the front desk along with the payment that is due.
   

• Footnotes Dance Center does not offer any refunds for missing classes. This also includes: Registration Fees, Costume Fees, Competition Fees, Tuition, Late Fees, Recital Tickets, Misc. Fees, Dance wear, and all other fees acquired to your account.
   

• Makeup classes may be taken as long as a similar class style and age group is offered.
